Elektron Grup Ltd., completed the electrical works including Instrumentation and Control Systems, for Waste Water Treatment Plant at LSA Anaconda Airbase Balad-Iraq, as subcontractor to Zafer Construction Inc.

In the scope of Elektron Group Ltd., engineering and installation services for the following electrical systems were completed;

1. 1000 kVA 11/0.4 kV prefabricated metal enclosed transformer substation,
2. 1000 kVA diesel generator set including main distribution panel and automatic transfer switch,
3. Main Motor Control Center, PLC controls, distribution and local control panels,
4. Power and Control Systems cabling and wiring for the complete plant and buildings,
5. Fire detection and alarm system with 20 smoke detector, 10 manual button and 6 sounder,
6. External lighting system of 6 high masts with 4x400W HPS lighting fixtures,
7. Data transmission and communication system with 2 patch panel, FO cables and 30 data points,
8. Cathodic protection system with 80 Mg anode, 30 reference electrodes and measurement boxes,
9. Grounding and lightning protection systems with 78 earthing electrodes and test pits
