The works for NCR Ankara Office, started with the contractor in March 1992. Electrical designs were prepared to satisfy the requirements of the users and the decorators. The office was handed to owners on 30 June 1992. The total office area is approximately 1.200 m2.

4. Earthing and grounding system,
5. Electric power supply and lighting system with 600 circuits,
6. 280 lighting fixtures of various types,
7. CCTV system with 3 external, 1 internal fixed-lens cameras, 1 monitor,
8. Fire alarm system with 25 detectors, 3 manual buttons, 3 horns,
9. Halon extinguishing system and 40 m2 raised floor to computer room,
10. Computer controlled card access system with 6 proximity readers,
11. Intercom system between main entrance and office doors,
12. Public announcement and background music system to 3 floors,
13. Security system with 3 infrared detectors, steel doors and window security films,
14. Computer local area network cabling.
